To cancel or reschedule please do so within 48 hours of your appointment time by calling 320-321-1181.

 

Failure to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance will result in a late cancellation fee equal to the FULL visit charge.

 

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if no new visit is scheduled.
